The facility service company is in charge of the cleaning of the property’s shared facilities. Each tenant will need to enter into a cleaning agreement as regards their private facilities. Tenants have the opportunity to enter into an agreement on the cleaning of their office with the property’s cleaning company on rates agreed in advance following a competitive tendering procedure carried out for the property.

Maintenance services

The facility service company is responsible for the provision of full facility services for the property, including the maintenance of HVAC, electrical and BAS technology, property maintenance and grounds cleaning. The facility service company has entered into agreements with a property maintenance company concerning facility services.

Please report any faults or defects to the maintenance company.

Reception services

The reception services act as a guidance and advice point for all those operating in the property for all of the companies. The reception services are provided by the security company that is also in charge of security guarding for the property.

The basic service duties covered by the reception services include the reception and guidance of visitors, reception and notification of recipients of courier deliveries, reception and passing on of a variety of alerts and alarms, and reception and passing on of service needs information relating to the facilities.

The personnel restaurant ”Kuparikattila” can be found on the top floor of the building. Catering for the meeting rooms, the sauna section and tenants’ private facilities is available from the restaurant. The restaurant is also in charge of bookings for the shared facilities, such as meeting rooms and sauna section.

Services in the area

The central location provides Kuparitalo tenants with easy access to all central Helsinki services. Kamppi Shopping Centre is only a few minutes’ walk from the building, while cultural services to suit every taste are offered by the National Museum, Helsinki Music Centre, Finlandia Hall and Kiasma Museum of Contemporary Art – all located within a few hundred metres from Kuparitalo.
